How to Cancel Juicebox

Step-by-step instructions
Sign in and open Settings
Go to app.juicebox.ai and sign in. On the Projects screen, click Settings in the bottom-left corner (gear icon). You can also click your name/organization at the bottom left, then Account Settings — both routes lead to billing.
Go to Plan and Billing
In the left sidebar under Organization, click Plan and Billing. You'll see your Current Plan name, billing history, and two buttons on the right: Manage Billing and Modify Plan.
Click Manage Billing, then Cancel Subscription
Click Manage Billing. A modal offers Change Payment Method or Cancel Subscription. Choose Cancel Subscription to start the cancel flow (Juicebox uses Churnkey for the next screens).
Skip the Autopilot retention pitch
Juicebox may show "Have you tried Autopilot yet?" with feature bullets and a purple Check out Autopilot button. To keep canceling, click Not right now, I'll cancel on the left.
Decline the Subscription Pause offer
Next comes Subscription Pause ("Let's hit pause.") with a duration dropdown and a purple Pause Subscription button. Pausing is not canceling — Juicebox still charges when the pause ends. Click Decline Offer to finish cancellation.
Verify Subscription Cancelled
A Subscription Cancelled modal confirms You won't be billed again and shows the date your subscription ends. Click Go to Account. You keep full access until that renewal date.
If you paused by mistake instead of canceling
A paused subscription still renews and bills after the pause window. Return to Plan and Billing and look for Resume subscription, or email support@juicebox.ai. To stop charges for good, run through Manage Billing → Cancel Subscription again and click Decline Offer on the Pause screen.
Reduce seats instead of canceling the whole plan
On Growth (or any multi-seat plan), you can cut cost without canceling: remove unused users, cancel pending invites, then Plan and Billing → Modify Plan to lower seat count. Seat changes take effect at the next billing cycle — Juicebox does not prorate refunds for removed seats.
Delete your account only if you want data gone
Canceling stops billing but keeps projects, sequences, and searches. Permanent deletion requires contacting support@juicebox.ai or the in-app support button — Juicebox permanently deletes searches, shortlisted contacts, and profile data. Skip this if you might return.
