Open Billing in your Lindy settings

Sign in to the Lindy web app at chat.lindy.ai, open <strong>Settings</strong> from the Workspace section of the left sidebar, then select the <strong>Billing</strong> tab. Your current plan (for example "Pro Monthly") appears at the top with a credits-remaining bar.

Click the red Cancel button

On the Current plan card, the red <strong>Cancel</strong> button sits at the top-right, next to <strong>Upgrade</strong> and <strong>Manage</strong>. Click it to start the cancellation flow.

Decline the "Book a call" save offer

Lindy shows a "Sorry to see you go!" dialog asking "Can we help you get set up?" and offering a consultation call for a custom agent workflow. This is a retention prompt — click <strong>No thanks</strong> to keep cancelling.

Pick a cancellation reason

The dialog updates to "Why are you cancelling?" with a <strong>Select a reason</strong> dropdown. The <strong>Cancel Subscription</strong> button stays greyed out until you choose a reason, so you must pick one to continue.

Confirm with Cancel Subscription

Once a reason is selected the <strong>Cancel Subscription</strong> button turns blue. Choosing <strong>Other</strong> reveals an optional "Anything else you would like us to know?" text box — you can leave it blank. Click <strong>Cancel Subscription</strong> to finish.

Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge

If you're still inside the 7-day free trial that fronts the Plus plan, complete the cancellation before the trial end date so you're never billed the first month. The steps are identical — Settings, Billing, Cancel.

Yes. Per Lindy's pricing-page FAQ, you keep access through the end of your current billing period after cancelling — your agents and inboxes keep running until then. Lindy stops billing you for the next period.

Lindy doesn't advertise prorated refunds for the unused days of a monthly subscription — its FAQ frames cancellation as "retain access through the end of your billing period" rather than a partial refund. If you believe you were wrongly charged, contact support@lindy.ai before assuming a refund is automatic.

Yes, for the self-serve Plus, Pro, and Max plans — the whole cancellation happens in Settings then Billing, and the "Book a call" prompt is optional. Click "No thanks" to skip it. Enterprise customers on a contract should contact their Lindy account team instead.

Your agents keep running until the end of the paid period, then stop when the subscription lapses. Lindy states it never sells your data or trains models on it, and your data stays encrypted. If you want it removed entirely after cancelling, email support@lindy.ai to request deletion.
