Go to netflix.com/cancelplan and sign in (or click your profile icon > Account)

Click "Cancel Membership" on the cancellation page

Click "Finish Cancellation" to confirm

You may be offered a "Pause for 1 Month" option instead - decline if you want to fully cancel

A confirmation email will be sent to your account email

Your account remains active until the end of your billing period
