Quick answer

In the Panera app, open Sip Club, tap Manage Subscription, scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm Cancel Subscription in the pop-up. You can also cancel at panerabread.com/UnlimitedSipClub or by calling 1-855-3-PANERA. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date — Panera does not give prorated refunds, but you keep your drink benefits until the billing cycle ends.

Step-by-step instructions

1

Open Sip Club in the Panera app

Sign in to your MyPanera account, tap the menu (the three horizontal bars), and select Sip Club. The Subscriptions screen shows your included benefits and any applied promos. Tap Manage Subscription at the bottom.

2

Review your plan on Subscription Management

The Subscription Management page shows your Plan Summary and Other Plan Options — Monthly Plan at $14.99/month + tax and Annual Plan at $119.99/year + tax. You don't need to change anything here; just keep scrolling.

Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription

Keep scrolling past Payment Method and Upcoming Charges. The Cancel Subscription link sits directly below the Upcoming Charges list. Tap it.

Confirm in the pop-up

A pop-up asks "Are you sure you want to cancel your subscription?" and lists your Sip Club benefits with a green Keep Subscription button on top. Ignore Keep Subscription and tap the Cancel Subscription link underneath it to finish.

Confirm the cancellation stuck

You should land on a "Your subscription has been cancelled" screen and get a confirmation email. Panera may ask you to rate your experience and pick a reason for cancelling — this survey is optional, so you can close it. Cancellation is already done at this point.

Prefer the web? Cancel at panerabread.com

Log in at panerabread.com, click "Hi [Your name]", then MyPanera Subscriptions. Scroll to the bottom of the subscription page and click Cancel Subscription. The web flow ends with the same confirmation and email. You can also call Panera Customer Service at 1-855-3-PANERA to cancel by phone.

If you subscribed through the App Store

Panera normally bills the Sip Club directly, even when Apple Pay is your payment method — so the in-app Cancel Subscription button above is the right path. Only if you genuinely enrolled through an Apple App Store in-app purchase do you cancel via Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone instead. If Panera's own screen has no Cancel button, that's the sign a third party handles your billing.

Do not delete your MyPanera account to cancel

Cancel the subscription the normal way first. Deleting your MyPanera account or turning off MyPanera rewards immediately terminates the Sip Club with no refund, per Panera's terms — and it wipes your rewards history too. Cancel, keep the account, then decide about the account separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

No new charges once your cancellation goes through — but only if you cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Canceling after a renewal charge posts does not refund that charge; Panera bills monthly every 30 days (or yearly every 365 days) until you cancel. Some users have reported a cancellation that did not stick and got re-billed, so check for the confirmation email and watch your statement on the next cycle date.

Panera does not offer prorated refunds. Its terms state you are "not entitled to a prorated refund of any unused portion of the Subscription Monthly Fee or Annual Fee." Instead, you keep your drink benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. If you were auto-renewed by surprise, Panera Customer Service (1-855-3-PANERA) sometimes issues a goodwill MyPanera reward instead of a cash refund, at its discretion.

Until the end of your current billing cycle. Panera's terms confirm "you may use your Subscription Benefits until the end of the Billing Cycle and your Subscription will not be renewed once that Billing Cycle ends." You do not lose access the moment you cancel, so cancel as soon as you decide to leave and keep sipping through the paid period.

Panera bills the Sip Club directly in most cases, even when Apple Pay is your payment method, so the in-app Cancel Subscription button works. If you enrolled through an Apple App Store in-app purchase specifically, cancel on your iPhone at Settings > your name > Subscriptions instead. The tell-tale sign is a missing Cancel button on Panera's own subscription screen, which means a third party controls the billing.

Yes. New members often get an intro deal (2 months free, or 3 months at $5/month). If you cancel before the promo ends, you avoid the $14.99/month regular charge that kicks in afterward. Do it at least 24 hours before the renewal date shown in Upcoming Charges — after that, the first full charge posts and is not refundable.

Yes. If you change your mind before your billing cycle ends, re-enrolling in the MyPanera Subscriptions section reactivates your existing subscription on the same renewal date. If the cycle has already ended, you sign up again as a fresh subscriber, which may give you a new billing date and different promo eligibility.
