Open iPhone Settings

Unlock your iPhone and tap the Settings gear icon on your home screen. This is the only way to cancel Rappi Pro — there is no cancel option inside the Rappi app itself.

Tap your Apple ID name

At the top of Settings, tap your name (the row showing your Apple ID, iCloud, and Media & Purchases). This takes you to your Apple Account management page.

Tap Subscriptions

Scroll down and tap Subscriptions. You'll see a list of all active and expired subscriptions billed through your Apple ID.

Select Rappi Pro

Find Rappi Pro (or Rappi Pro Black) in the Active section and tap it. The subscription detail page shows your current plan, renewal date, and price.

Tap Cancel Subscription

Scroll to the bottom of the Rappi Pro details page and tap Cancel Subscription (shown in red). If you see "Cancel Free Trial" instead, you're still on the 30-day trial — canceling now means you won't be charged at all.

Confirm the cancellation

Apple shows a confirmation dialog asking if you're sure. Tap Confirm to finalize. Your Rappi Pro benefits (free delivery, service fee discounts) continue until the date shown — after that, you revert to standard Rappi pricing.

Verify your cancellation

The subscription now shows an expiry date instead of a renewal date. You'll also receive a confirmation email from Apple. Your Pro benefits stay active until that date — no immediate loss of access.

If you subscribed through Google Play

Android users who subscribed through the Play Store must cancel there instead: open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rappi Pro → Cancel subscription. The iOS path above won't show Rappi Pro if Google handles your billing.

Check your bank statement for stray charges

Multiple users report being enrolled in Rappi Pro without realizing it — often triggered by tapping through an in-app upsell during checkout. After canceling, review your last few statements for recurring Rappi charges. If you find unauthorized charges, request a refund through Apple (Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Purchase History) or dispute with your bank.

If you're on Pro Black and using the included ChatGPT Go benefit, canceling revokes access immediately — not at the end of your billing period. Rappi's own FAQ confirms: "el acceso se revoca automáticamente en cuanto dejas de ser Pro Black." Use or export anything you need from ChatGPT before canceling.

Rappi Pro is billed through Apple or Google, so refund requests go through them — not Rappi directly.
