Quick answer

Sign in at relume.ai/app/manage-account/plan, click Cancel plan, then Downgrade to Free on Pricing. Finish the Churnkey Subscription Cancelled confirm and check Manage Plan for the Free date — you keep paid access until then and won't be billed again. This cancels Relume only, not Webflow hosting.

Relume was the one you remembered

The next renewal is the one you won't. RecurDash keeps the list and emails you before each charge lands.

Step-by-step instructions

1

Open Manage Plan

Sign in at relume.ai/app/manage-account/plan (or open account settings → Manage Plan). You should see your Current Plan, Billing details, and a Cancel plan button. If a free-trial banner shows an end date, cancel before that date so the first paid charge never fires.

2

Click Cancel plan

Under Current Plan, click Cancel plan (not Upgrade or change plan, unless you intentionally want the pricing cards). Relume sends you to the Pricing page where the Free card is the cancel/downgrade target.

3

Click Downgrade to Free

On Pricing, find the Free plan card ($0) and click Downgrade to Free. Ignore Change to Yearly Billing on Starter, Pro, or Team — those keep you on a paid plan and only change the billing cycle.

4

Confirm Subscription Cancelled

Churnkey shows Subscription Cancelled with Cancellation confirmed. You won't be billed again. Click Go to Account (or close the modal) to return to your account. The footer may say Cancellation Guaranteed by Churnkey — that is Relume's cancel widget, not a third-party refund guarantee from us.

5

Verify Plan Cancelled and the Free date

Back on Manage Plan, a Plan Cancelled banner should state that your plan will be changed to Free on a specific date. You keep the current paid plan until that day. Confirm Billing no longer lists a next renewal charge. Click Reactivate in the banner only if you want to reverse the cancel before Free starts.

Pasted Webflow and Figma components stay

Canceling stops new Relume library access when Free starts. Relume's help center states components already pasted into Webflow or Figma projects keep working — they are not pulled out of client files. You lose the paid library/Site Builder features for new work until you subscribe again.

Ask for a refund within 10 days if you were just charged

Relume's refund path is email support@relume.io within 10 days of the charge. Their FAQ notes the returned amount can vary with Stripe processing fees. After a trial, double-check your card on the trial end date — some users reported a full annual charge despite canceling in time, then needed support for a partial refund.

Delete account is separate from cancel

Canceling (or landing on Free) leaves the account. Permanent delete requires emailing support@relume.io; Relume says deletion completes in 24 to 48 hours. Only request delete if you also want the login and stored projects removed — Free is enough to stop paid renewals.

Do not cancel Webflow instead of Relume

Relume is a separate subscription from Webflow Workspace hosting. Canceling Relume does not stop Webflow billing, and canceling Webflow does not stop Relume. Use Relume's Manage Plan for Relume, and Webflow's own billing for hosting.

Frequently Asked Questions

No further renewals once cancellation is confirmed. You keep your current paid plan until the Free conversion date shown on Manage Plan, then drop to Free. If Churnkey said You won't be billed again but Manage Plan still shows an upcoming charge, email support@relume.io with screenshots before the bill date.

Self-serve cancel does not auto-refund remaining time — you keep access until the Free date instead. For a cash refund, Relume asks you to email support@relume.io within 10 days; they say the full amount may vary with Stripe processing fees. EU/UK consumers may also have a 14-day withdrawal right under local law for new purchases — mention your invoice and region when you write support.

Anything already pasted into a Webflow or Figma project stays there after cancel. Paid library access and Site Builder limits fall back to Free (1 project, 1 page, Figma-only export, 30 Webflow/React components on the free tier) once Free starts. Client sites already built with Relume components keep those components.

Relume subscriptions are billed on the web through Stripe, not the Apple App Store or Google Play. Use Manage Plan at relume.ai/app/manage-account/plan. If Cancel plan is missing, email support@relume.io from the account email — do not look for Relume under iPhone or Play subscriptions.

Yes. Use the same Manage Plan → Cancel plan → Downgrade to Free flow before the trial end date on the purple banner. Verify the Plan Cancelled state afterward, and watch your card on the trial end date. Relume's pricing FAQ also notes that once you are on Free, you cannot start a Starter 7-day trial later.

Yes. Before Free takes effect, click Reactivate on Manage Plan. After Free, choose Starter, Pro, or Team on Pricing. Relume's pricing FAQ states that if you cancel and join again, you pay current pricing — older grandfathered rates do not return.
