A 13-step walkthrough with real screenshots from the live cancel flow.
In the Ro app, open Profile, then Membership & subscriptions, tap Manage membership and then Cancel membership (on the web, sign in at ro.co/my/memberships). Then open every medication subscription with View and manage plan and choose Cancel subscription: Ro bills the Ro Body membership and your medication separately, and stopping one never stops the other. Cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date, because membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
The next renewal is the one you won't. RecurDash keeps the list and emails you before each charge lands.
No account, no bank login.

See Ro's pricing, tiers, and difficulty score in one page. Ro ranks #126 of 261 by cancellation difficulty.
Ro's Terms of Use say you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge, so find that date first on the Ro Body membership card under Profile, then Membership & subscriptions. On a 3-, 6- or 12-month plan, that date is when the next prepaid block ($297, $534 or $888) is charged in one go.
In the Ro app, tap Profile in the bottom bar, then the Membership & subscriptions tile, then Manage membership on the Ro Body membership card. On the web, sign in at ro.co/my/memberships and use the same button (it may read Cancel my membership there). Ro charges your card or PayPal itself, even if you joined in the app, so there's nothing to cancel in your iPhone's subscription settings.
Ro opens a page headed "Are you sure you want to cancel your membership?" It shows your plan, its price, the date the membership will end, and what to expect: the membership is non-refundable, you can't get more medication through Ro after it ends, and you lose check-ins, provider messaging and side-effect monitoring. Read one line twice: "Medication is billed separately and may continue shipping until your membership ends, depending on your subscription." Canceling the membership doesn't turn off your medication subscription. You do that separately, a few steps down.
Scroll past the list and tap the black Cancel membership button. The outlined Keep my membership button under it backs out without canceling.
The next screen reads "Membership canceled, ends on" your end date, and "You won't be charged for membership again." Below it, a grey box headed "Medication is billed separately" has a Manage subscriptions button. Tap it next: the membership is done, but any medication plan is still on. Screenshot this confirmation first. If a charge turns up later, the date you canceled is the first thing Ro's Care Team will look for.
Under the confirmation, Ro asks "What's your main reason for canceling?" with eight answers, from "I'm not seeing the results I expected" to "I prefer not to answer." Your membership is already canceled at this point, so answering is optional.
Ro asks a follow-up, "Why does it feel too expensive?", and its answers keep the two charges apart: "The Ro membership fee is too high" sits next to "My medication costs are too high" and two insurance answers. Your membership is canceled whichever you pick.
Manage subscriptions opens "Membership and subscriptions". The Ro Body membership card should now read "No future charges". Every card below it marked "Autoship On" is a separate subscription that will keep shipping and charging.
Tap View and manage plan on each card marked Autoship On, then Cancel subscription under Quick actions, which Ro describes as turning off auto-ship and recurring charges. Back on Membership and subscriptions, the card should now read Autoship Off. Those labels come from a supplement subscription in Ro's app, and a prescription card may word them differently. If a medication plan shows no cancel option, message the Care Team before its next charge date.
When insurance covers your GLP-1, Ro's concierge sends the prescription to your pharmacy, and Ro says medication costs are then "billed separately through the pharmacy." Cash-pay members can choose their own pharmacy too. That medication is not a Ro subscription, so no Autoship card turns it off: ask the pharmacy to turn off any automatic refill. Insurance never covers the membership itself, so cancel that in Ro as above.
Ro's Terms accept email: write to care@ro.co from the address on your account and say you want your Ro Body membership canceled and auto-ship turned off on every medication. In the app, Support, then Start a new conversation, then I need help with something else reaches the same Care Team. It works weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern, so send it well before the 48-hour cutoff.
Prepaid terms are charged upfront ($297, $534 or $888), the Terms call the fee non-refundable once paid, and canceling keeps your access until the prepaid period ends. Ro has still refunded unused time case by case: in a September 2026 BBB reply it "issued a partial refund of $198 for the two unused months" of a 3-month plan. Ask the Care Team, but it isn't promised.
Roman is Ro's men's health brand, and Ro calls itself "the healthcare company that powers Roman," so it's the same account. These treatments carry no Ro Body membership: each one is its own subscription, and you stop it the same way as a medication subscription, from View and manage plan. Ro says there's "no sign-up fee or cancellation fee."
RecurDash keeps track of what you're paying for and emails you before each renewal — so the next cancellation happens on your schedule, not after the charge. No bank login required.
