Quick answer

Sign in at savee.com, open Account → Billing, scroll to the Danger Zone, and click Cancel your subscription. You'll pass through a reason survey, a downsell to the cheaper Pro plan, and a 20%-off retention offer — decline each one. Your boards and saves stay accessible until the end of the period you already paid for.

Step-by-step instructions

1

Sign in and open your Billing page

Go to savee.com and sign in. Click your profile avatar (top right), then open Billing from the left-hand menu. Scroll to the very bottom of the page to the Danger Zone and click Cancel your subscription. Savee bills you directly by card, so this is the only place to cancel — there's no Apple or Google subscription to manage instead.

2

Skip the cancellation reason survey

Savee shows a "We're sorry to see you go" screen asking why you're leaving, with six options (too expensive, don't use it enough, found another platform, inspiration quality, trouble with features, or Other). Picking a reason is optional — choose one or leave it, then click Next.

If this applies to you

Add feedback if you want (optional)

If you select Other, a "Please tell us more" text box appears. It's purely for feedback and isn't required to cancel — you can type a note or leave it blank, then click Next.

4

Decline the cheaper-plan downsell

Savee tries to keep you with a "Let's see if there's a better plan" screen, offering the Pro plan at $9/month billed yearly. To keep cancelling, click Decline offer — not "Go Pro".

5

Decline the 20%-off retention offer

One more save attempt: a "Before you go, here's 20% off for 3 months" modal (about $15.20/month for Pro & Site). To finish cancelling, click No thanks, cancel subscription. Avoid Apply my discount, which keeps your subscription active at the reduced rate.

Confirm the cancellation

You'll land on a "Cancellation confirmed" screen. Savee sends a confirmation email and tells you the exact date your access ends — you keep your boards and saved inspiration until then. Click Go to account to finish.

7

Verify it (and reactivate if you change your mind)

Go back to Billing → Manage subscription. It should read "Your subscription will end on [date]" with a Reactivate subscription button — confirmation that the cancellation took. If you ever want to come back before that date, the Reactivate button restores the plan with no gap.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Once the cancellation is confirmed, Savee won't renew or bill you again. You keep full access to your boards and saves until the end of the period you already paid for — the exact end date is shown on the confirmation screen and in the confirmation email.

Savee's Terms of Service don't promise refunds or proration — cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current period. Instead, you keep access until that period ends. If you're an EEA or UK consumer within a statutory withdrawal window, you may have additional rights; contact Savee directly to ask.

Your boards and saved inspiration stay accessible until your paid period ends. After that, your account reverts to Savee's free tier rather than being deleted — you keep a Savee account, just without the paid Pro or Pro & Site features (like private boards, the personal site, or Dropbox backup). If you want your data fully removed, terminate the account itself, which you can do at any time.

Savee puts two retention screens between you and the cancel button. On the "Let's see if there's a better plan" screen, click Decline offer (not Go Pro). On the "20% off for 3 months" screen, click No thanks, cancel subscription (not Apply my discount). Both downgrade or discount your plan rather than cancelling it, so read the buttons carefully.

Yes. Until your access end date, Billing → Manage subscription shows a Reactivate subscription button that restores your plan immediately with no gap. After the end date, you can simply resubscribe from the pricing page like a new customer.

Savee bills directly by card through its own website, not through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so it won't appear in your phone's subscription list. Cancel on the web instead: savee.com → profile avatar → Billing → Danger Zone → Cancel your subscription.
