Quick answer

Timepage bills only through the Apple App Store. In the app open My AccountManage Subscriptions, select Timepage (it may still say Moleskine Studio), then tap Cancel Free Trial or Cancel Subscription and Confirm. You keep access until the end date Apple shows — deleting the app or using Delete Account does not stop billing. Official steps: bonobolabs.com cancel guide.

Timepage was the one you remembered

The next renewal is the one you won't. RecurDash keeps the list and emails you before each charge lands.

Step-by-step instructions

1

Open My Account in Timepage

In Timepage, open the menu and tap My Account. Under MEMBERSHIP you'll see your status — for example "Moleskine Studio Trial" with an expiry date, or a paid membership line after the trial converts. Bonobo (the company behind Timepage) still labels some screens and App Store rows with the older Moleskine Studio name.

2

Tap Manage Subscriptions

On My Account, tap Manage Subscriptions. That row hands you to Apple's subscription UI — Timepage cannot cancel the charge inside its own screens. Bonobo also documents a one-click path: open Apple's Manage Subscriptions page, find Timepage, Actions, or Flow, then cancel there.

3

Open the Timepage subscription in Apple's list

In Apple Subscriptions, tap the Timepage row. The title may read along the lines of "Timepage by Moleskine Studio" or a Bonobo / Moleskine Studio Bundle — pick the one that matches your receipt. You can reach the same list anytime via iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or App Store → your photo → Subscriptions, without opening Timepage.

4

Tap Cancel Free Trial or Cancel Subscription

On the Edit Subscription sheet, check whether you're still in the seven-day free trial or already on a paid plan. During a trial Apple shows a red Cancel Free Trial button and states when the plan would renew at the regular price. After you're paying, the same control is labeled Cancel Subscription (Bonobo's help wording). Tap the red cancel control either way.

5

Confirm Cancellation

Apple shows a Confirm Cancellation alert with the exact date you keep access through, plus Not Now and Confirm. Tap Confirm. Nothing is canceled until that second tap lands. Apple's rule for trials: cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends so the paid renewal does not start.

6

Verify the red expire-soon banner

The sheet should now show red text that your subscription will expire soon, the end date, and a Renew button instead of Cancel. Write down that date — you keep Timepage features until then, then the app drops to read-only. Bonobo's help center: canceling does not delete your data, and reactivating restores full features. If you see the red expiration line and no Cancel button, Apple already treats the subscription as canceled.

If this applies to you

If you prefer not to open Timepage at all

Cancel entirely from Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Timepage → Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) → Confirm. Same result via App Store → profile photo → Subscriptions, or on the web at account.apple.com under Subscriptions. Bonobo's one-click Manage Subscriptions link opens that Apple list directly.

If you also subscribed to Actions, Flow, or the Bonobo Bundle

Bonobo sells Timepage alone and as part of the Bonobo Bundle (Timepage + Actions + Flow; Family Sharing on the Family Bundle). Cancel the specific Apple subscription that matches your receipt — upgrading to the Bundle can leave older single-app subs that still need canceling. Only the Apple Account that purchased a Family Bundle can cancel it; family members restore purchases, they do not own the billing.

If this applies to you

If you want a refund for a charge already taken

Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the period you already paid for. For App Store charges, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (Bonobo points accidental purchases there too). Approval is Apple's call. Cancel first, then request the refund — a refund alone does not always end auto-renew.

10
If this applies to you

If you want to delete the Bonobo account itself

After billing shows canceled or expired, you can delete the account at accounts.bonobolabs.com (Delete Account) or email Bonobo support. Bonobo warns there is no undo — settings, data, Flow documents, and Actions tied to the account are permanently removed. Do this only after the Apple subscription is already stopped.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not if Apple shows the subscription as canceled. After you Confirm, the Edit Subscription sheet should say the subscription will expire soon and name the last access date — you keep full Timepage features until that day, then no further renewals. If Cancel Free Trial or Cancel Subscription is still visible and there is no red expiration line, you are still subscribed. Deleting the Timepage app is not a cancel.

Maybe, but only through Apple — Timepage has no separate card-on-file checkout. Use reportaproblem.apple.com and report the purchase; Bonobo's purchasing FAQ points accidental memberships there too. There is no published prorated refund from Bonobo — canceling normally means access through the paid (or trial) period only. EU and UK buyers may also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right on distance-sold digital subscriptions, separate from Apple's discretionary refunds.

Bonobo states that canceling does not delete your data — the app stays in read-only mode, and reactivating a subscription restores full features. That is different from Delete Account on accounts.bonobolabs.com, which permanently removes associated settings and data. Export or screenshot anything critical before you delete the account, not merely before you cancel billing.

You must cancel with Apple — there is no Bonobo web billing page for Timepage. Use Timepage My Account → Manage Subscriptions, or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Timepage, or App Store → your photo → Subscriptions, or account.apple.com. Bonobo's Android cancel tab is marked retired; Timepage is an Apple-ecosystem product, so there is no Google Play cancel path for it.

Yes. Bonobo offers a seven-day free trial on subscriptions. Use the same Apple Subscriptions path; during the trial the button often reads Cancel Free Trial. Apple says to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends so the paid renewal does not start. You keep trial access until the end date shown after you Confirm. If a charge already posted, cancel the subscription and then request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Yes. Before the expiration date, Apple's sheet offers Renew; after it lapses you can start a membership again from Timepage My Account → Manage Subscriptions or the App Store. Your data remains in read-only mode unless you separately deleted the Bonobo account. Expect the current App Store prices (US listing includes monthly and annual Membership plus Bonobo Bundle SKUs) — Bonobo does not publish a special returning-customer rate.
