Quick answer

In the Wolt app, open your profile → Wolt+Manage membershipCancel membership, pick a reason, then confirm Cancel membership (not Keep membership). Official path: explore.wolt.com Wolt+ FAQ. You keep Wolt+ benefits until the end of the period you already paid for — mid-cycle fees are not refunded.

Wolt+ was the one you remembered

The next renewal is the one you won't. RecurDash keeps the list and emails you before each charge lands.

Step-by-step instructions

1

Open Wolt+ from your profile

Open the Wolt app and tap your profile icon. Open the Wolt+ section — Wolt’s help center says that is where you manage membership. You should see your savings summary, payment method, next payment (or end date), and a Manage membership button.

2

Tap Manage membership

On the Wolt+ screen, tap Manage membership. Wolt opens a sheet with Change payment method, Change billing cycle, Past payments, and Cancel membership.

3

Tap Cancel membership

On the Manage membership sheet, tap Cancel membership — the red row at the bottom. Ignore Change payment method, Change billing cycle, and Past payments unless you actually want those; none of them stop auto-renew.

Answer the “We’re sad to see you go” survey

Wolt shows a reason survey: It’s too expensive, I don’t order often enough, not enough eligible venues, can’t get no-fee deliveries from favorites, I don’t understand how to use it, or Other. Pick any reason that fits, then tap Next. Close exits without canceling.

5

Tap Next after selecting a reason

With a reason selected, tap Next. Filling the survey is optional feedback for Wolt — it does not change whether you can cancel. You still have to confirm on the next screen.

6

Confirm Cancel membership — not Keep membership

Wolt asks “Cancel Wolt+ membership?” and shows how much you’ve saved plus the date your membership stays active until. Tap Cancel membership (pink/red). Keep membership is the retention button — it leaves auto-renew on.

Verify your Membership end date

Back on Wolt+, Next payment should be gone. Membership end date appears instead (often in orange/red), and a Renew Wolt+ button shows up above Manage membership. Benefits stay on until that end date; Wolt will not bill the next cycle once cancel is confirmed.

Cancel during a free trial before it converts

Eligible users get a free trial of up to 30 days. Use the same Manage membership → Cancel membership path and finish before the trial ends so the card is not charged. Wolt’s FAQ is explicit: cancel before the trial ends and you are not billed.

Corporate / Wolt for Work Wolt+ is different

If your employer grants Corporate Wolt+ through Wolt for Work, the organization may control billing and cancellation. Consumer Manage membership may not stop an org-paid seat — check with your workplace admin or Wolt support before assuming the personal cancel flow applies.

Know what you lose after the end date

When the membership ends you keep the free Wolt app and order history, but Wolt+ perks stop: zero (or reduced) delivery fees at W+ venues, member discounts, and related offers. Benefits only apply in your Subscription Country, within delivery-range limits, and above each venue’s minimum order — canceling does not change those rules for the days you still have left.

Need a refund? Contact Wolt support — cancel alone is not cash back

Canceling stops future renewals; mid-cycle fees are non-refundable under Wolt+ terms. Exceptions: after a free trial, cancel within the first 48 hours of the first paid period and ask support for a full refund; or, within that same 48-hour window with no Wolt+-eligible order placed, Wolt may refund at its discretion. In the EU/EEA you also have a 14-day withdrawal right on a new purchase by emailing support@wolt.com (pro-rata if you already used benefits). Free-trial users: the withdrawal right is generally folded into a trial of at least 14 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

No — once Cancel membership is confirmed, Wolt should not bill the next cycle. You keep Wolt+ benefits until the Membership end date shown on the Wolt+ screen (the rest of the period you already paid for). Cancel by the day before renewal if you want to be safe; the end date on your profile is the source of truth.

Usually no for a mid-cycle cancel: Finland Wolt+ terms say monthly and yearly fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once a billing cycle is underway. Documented exceptions: (1) after a free trial, cancel within 48 hours of the first paid charge and contact support for a full refund; (2) within the first 48 hours of a first paid period with no Wolt+-eligible order, Wolt may refund at its discretion; (3) EU/EEA 14-day withdrawal on a new purchase via support@wolt.com, with pro-rata adjustment if you used benefits. Outside those paths you keep access until period end with no cash back.

Your Wolt account stays. When the membership end date passes, Wolt+ delivery-fee and member offers stop, but you can still order on the free app with the usual fees. Order history and saved addresses remain. Deleting your Wolt account is a separate action and is not required to stop Wolt+ billing.

Consumer Wolt+ is purchased inside the Wolt Service and billed to the payment method on your Wolt profile (card on file), not as a typical App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel in-app: profile → Wolt+ → Manage membership → Cancel membership. If a rare store-billed promo or third-party partner offer charged you through Apple or Google, cancel that store subscription separately and still check the Wolt+ screen so membership status matches. When in doubt, match the cancel path to the charge on your bank statement — Wolt support can confirm which bill applies.

Yes. Wolt+ offers a free trial of up to 30 days in markets that advertise it. Cancel with the same Manage membership flow before the trial end date and your card should not be charged. After a clean cancel you should not be billed when the trial would have converted.

Yes. After cancel, the Wolt+ screen shows Renew Wolt+ — tap it (or Get Wolt+ again) to resubscribe at your market’s current rate. There is no single global USD price: fees are country-specific (Finland’s documented monthly fee is €5.99; other markets differ — for example Germany’s landing page publishes €4.99/month). Check the price on your Wolt+ screen or your country’s explore.wolt.com Wolt+ page before renewing. Returning users who already used a free trial are generally not eligible for another trial.
