Open Settings → Subscription on the web or desktop app, click Cancel trial (or Cancel plan on a paid plan), skip the "Before you go" retention modal with Cancel subscription, then fill the required reason field and confirm. A cancelled trial is never charged — you keep access until the trial end date, then drop to the free Beginner plan with all your data intact.
